Click the Account link visible at the top of every page. Under Registered Customers follow the prompts to login to your account. From the Account Information dashboard click My Orders on the left hand side menu to view your orders. Click view order for more information or to track the shipment.
Order Status and Tracking
The status of your order is supplied by skorpion.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by UPS or USPS depending on the delivery address. They will provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Alternatively, you can track your order by logging into your skorpion.com account and viewing the order (see instruction above) when the information becomes available.
E-mails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
- Order Confirmation
This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
- Shipment Confirmation
An email will confirm that your order or part of your order has been shipped it will also contain a tracking number. This tracking number will be linked to the shipping company website and enable you to tack the progress of your shipment. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
