Returns & Replacements

We want you to be satisfied with every item that you purchase from Skorpion Skates. In the rare event that you believe your Skorpion product is defective or damaged we will replace the product or you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe your Skorpion™ Skates, Skorpies™ or StreetSkurfer Longboard were delivered to you in a defective or damaged condition, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately by e-mail at [email protected] or no later than 30 days from your recorded delivery date. We will need your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your registered e-mail address and phone number. Copying and pasting this information from your original confirmation e-mail will ensure accuracy and avoid delays! Please provide a description of the damage or defect along with digital pictures if possible. Skorpion Skates will make every effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service within 30 days of your recorded delivery date, you will be responsible for all return and reship charges. If your shipment arrives with extensive damage to the box, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. E-mail [email protected] immediately or no later than 30 days from your recorded delivery date. A Customer Service Representative will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement. If you do not contact Customer Service within 30 days of your recorded delivery date, you will be responsible for all return and reship charges.

If you believe your Skorpion™ or Skorpies™ Skates are subject to defect under our One-Year Manufacturer Warranty, please review our One-Year Limited Warranty Policy or in the Owner’s Manual supplied with your Skates and e-mail our Customer Service Center at [email protected]. We will need your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, or your proof of purchase as well as your registered e-mail address and phone number.

Returns Procedure for defective goods

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization.

To qualify for a replacement, returned products must be received by Skorpion Skates no later than 30 days from your recorded date of delivery. All ship and receive dates are recorded through our shipment tracking systems. The items must be returned in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.

Used items are NOT Returnable, Refundable or Replaceable.

Returns Procedure for exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, returned products must be received by Skorpion Skates no later than 30 days from your recorded date of delivery. All ship and receive dates are recorded through our shipment tracking systems. The items must be returned in new condition in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. Any items that are returned and are not in new condition will not be eligible for an exchange. Skates returned that show any signs of wear on the wheels and/or brakes will not be eligible

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a product exchange. The exchange item will not be shipped until payment of shipping and any price difference is received.

Used items are NOT Returnable, Refundable or Replaceable.

Credit

You can expect a refund within 30 days of our warehouse receiving your returned product. It will be in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase. If the return is a result of a shipping error on our part or a manufacturer error, you will be refunded the shipping costs as well.

Returns Disclaimer

If you decide to return an item and we determine that the product IS NOT DEFECTIVE or IS NOT IN “NEW” CONDITION, it will not be eligible for replacement and/or we will NOT be able to reimburse you for the shipping costs or for the product. We will notify you of our determination by e-mail within 7 days after receiving your return. You may request that the product be shipped back to you, but please understand this will be at your expense. That being said, we urge you to contact us before you start any return process, as your satisfaction is our first concern.

Please note:

- We do not accept returns of items sold as seconds. This means that we cannot replace it for any reason. Seconds are covered under our standard warranty so you can purchase with confidence.

- We cannot refund or replace your purchase if you do not send it to the correct return address. It is your responsibility to return your purchase to the address supplied when your return is authorized.
