A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock" or "Out of Stock". Items on our site are either in stock and ready to ship or temporarily out-of-stock and available as on backorder. For more information please read the details below.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your "In Stock" item will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located in stock and the receiving address is verified.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-3 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items can be pre-purchased / backordered in advance of their availability. An Out-of-Stock / Backordered item will receive priority processing when new stock arrives. Your order will be shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your order as soon as it is shipped, via e-mail.
Redeeming Promotion and Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotions and/or discounts. We will offer this through the issue of a promotional code. To redeem a Promotion or Discount Code follow these steps:
Select the product(s) of your choice. Enter your coupon in the Discount Codes section of your shopping cart and click Apply Coupon, before you checkout. Always enter the code exactly as it appears on your promotional or discount voucher. Codes may be case sensitive.
The terms of the promotion or discount will be automatically applied to your order. Proceed as normal through to the end of the checkout process. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.

PayPal is an alternate method for completing your order on skorpion.com. This service allows you to make purchases across the internet with a single user account. It may also be used to process payments to skorpion.com using American Express. To get started, simply select the PayPal option in the skorpion.com shopping cart. You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you may sign in to your account or create a new one. After you have registered, you will begin the checkout process. At any point during this process, you may cancel and return to the skorpion.com webstore to browse more products, update your shopping cart, or resume checkout using the standard checkout process.
Important Payment Information
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order where these criteria are not met.
